PayPal's Legal Team is looking for a dynamic paralegal to join its Litigation group. So disappointed Bc this process happened to me on 2 jobs for this company.At PayPal (NASDAQ: PYPL), we believe that every person has the right to participate fully in the global economy. I’m pretty sure they are interviewing outside candidates as protocol but it’s cheaper to hire within. I won’t be wasting anymore time with this company and recommend you don’t hold your breath even if you get to 5 interviews. You should know you don’t want to hire within before you take up someone’s month. You shouldn’t be interviewing outside candidates if you are just going to hire within. I wasted a month on this position alone and they just strung me along. Then got an email from the recruiter they hired within. This entire process took about 3-4 weeks. I got an email from the hiring manager that they liked me and would make a decision in a few days. Next they have me speak with someone on the team to check personalities. Both interviews went great and I got great feedback. These recruiters call you to make sure you are aligned with the position then Pass you into the team lead and then their supervisor. I interviewed at PayPal (Omaha, NE) in August 2021.
